If Your Loved One Passed On at the Hospital
Call us at +65 8111 1826 as soon as you receive the certificate from the hospital. We are here for you, day or night.
Our compassionate transport team will make their way to the hospital to gently receive your loved one, usually within an hour of activation.
Prepare one set of your loved one's favourite clothing, including undergarments and shoes — something meaningful and comfortable.
Choose a high-quality photograph of your loved one for the altar table, one that captures their spirit and warmth.
If Your Loved One Passed Away at Home
Call us at +65 8111 1826 immediately — we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We will help you activate our House Call Doctor, who will travel to your home to certify the passing. This usually takes about an hour.
Once the certificate is issued, kindly let us know so we may activate our transport team for your loved one.
