We collect personal data only for the purposes of providing repatriation services, including but not limited to: deceased person's information, client contact details, relationship verification, and documentation related to the repatriation process.
2. Document Handling, Transmission & Disclosure
All customer data and documents uploaded to our system are handled with the strictest confidentiality. Data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. Documents are securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel directly involved in your case. We do not use, disclose, or share your data with any unauthorized third parties without your explicit consent.
3. Personal Data Protection
Your personal data is protected under the PDPA. We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data. Access to your information is limited to our staff and authorized partners directly involved in your repatriation case.
4. Data Retention & Removal
We retain your personal data and documents only for the duration necessary to complete your repatriation case and fulfill our legal obligations. Once data is no longer required, it is permanently and securely removed/deleted from our systems to ensure your information remains safe and protected.
5. International Data Transfers
In managing international repatriations, your data may be shared with authorized funeral homes, embassies, and logistics partners in other countries. All such transfers are conducted with appropriate safeguards and only to parties that commit to PDPA-equivalent protections.
6. Your Rights Under PDPA
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data held by us, (b) correct any inaccuracies, (c) request deletion of your data where no longer necessary, and (d) withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us directly.
7. Consent & Transparency
We obtain explicit informed consent before collecting and processing your personal data. You will be informed of the purposes of collection and how your data will be used. No data is processed without your knowledge and agreement.
8. Security Measures
We employ industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect documents and personal data. Our systems are regularly audited for vulnerabilities and compliance with PDPA requirements.
9. Database Security
Your data is stored securely in our Supabase database infrastructure with enterprise-grade security: 1) Strict Access Control: Cases and documents can only be viewed by the specific client, assigned partner, or administrator through authenticated sessions. 2) Secure Transmission: All data submitted is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols. 3) Role-Based Permissions: Access controls are enforced at the application level to ensure only authorized personnel can access case data. 4) Isolated Storage: Uploaded documents are securely stored and tied to specific case records with proper authentication requirements.
